I've been part of organizations where the name, the patch, and the insignia were things to be proud of. They stood for the people beside you, the work you did together, and the experiences you shared. Some of my most cherished possessions are items that carry that kind of unit or organizational identity. I understand how much those pieces can mean, and I want to help other groups create something they will be proud to wear and keep.

I've built working relationships with several watch manufacturers, including independent brands that focus on a direct-to-consumer model. While Blackland may not carry their products in our own inventory, I believe in what these manufacturers are doing, stand behind their work, and have established relationships with them to make the process easier for the people who want their watches.

For unit and organization watch projects, my role is to be the connection between your group and the manufacturers. You shouldn't have to figure out who to approach, how to navigate the options, or how to coordinate an order. We'll talk through what you want, your budget, and the scale of the project. I'll work with my manufacturer contacts to explore what's possible and handle the details from there.

You might have a specific brand or design in mind, or you might just know what you'd like to spend. Either way, we can start there. I'll help explore what's realistic for your budget, group size, desired features, and timeline. The available options and order minimums will depend on the manufacturer and the project.

An opportunity for your association or union

For some projects, we may also be able to structure the watch offering so your association, union, or organization earns proceeds from the sale of the watches. That could help fund member programs, events, or future initiatives while giving people a watch that means something to them. We'll explore what's feasible and appropriate for your organization.
